Payment Method
Live365.com requires a valid credit card attached to the Live365 Dashboard account for maintaining an active subscription. The payment for the subscription is due at the same time and day that the subscription initially started each month. If the payment is not made by the due date, access to the Broadcaster account is lost until the bill is paid. The billing system attempts to charge the credit card on file 3 times during the next 7 days after the due date. If all charge attempts fail, the subscription is canceled. The Broadcaster account remains intact on the servers for a period of 60 days after the unpaid invoice was due, after which it is permanently deleted.
